Every backup captures your complete website: all files, the database, email accounts, and server configuration. You always have the last 14 days of restore points available at any time.

## Backup Schedule

Backups run daily at around 4:00 AM and are incremental — meaning only the changes since the previous backup are saved each day. This keeps things fast and efficient while still giving you a full snapshot of your website for every day in the past two weeks.

## How to Request a Restore

Backups are fully managed on our side. If you need to roll back your website to a previous date, contact us and we'll take care of it.

## Important: What Happens If My Hosting Is Not Renewed?

If your hosting plan is not renewed on time, your account enters a **30-day grace period**. During this period your website remains intact but may be taken offline.

After 30 days without payment, **all website files, databases, and email accounts are permanently deleted** and cannot be recovered - not even from backups.

If you're having trouble with renewal, contact us before the deadline.
