Renewal terms depend on how your website is hosted with us. There are two different setups - make sure you know which one applies to you.

---

## Option 1: Your Website Is Hosted Through Us

If we manage your hosting on your behalf, we will contact you in advance when your renewal is due.

### The 30-Day Grace Period

If the renewal is not completed by the due date, your account enters a **30-day grace period**. During this time:

* Your website and emails may be taken offline

* All your data remains intact and is not deleted

* You can still renew and have everything restored

### After 30 Days: Permanent Deletion

If the renewal is not completed within the grace period, **all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted**. This includes:

* All website files

* Your database (all content, products, orders, users, etc.)

* All email accounts and their stored emails

* All backups

There is no way to recover this data after deletion. Once the account is terminated, everything is gone permanently.

### Having Trouble Renewing?

Contact us before the grace period expires and we'll find a solution together.

**You can reach us via:**

* Email

* Phone

* WhatsApp / Viber

* Contact form at [ath.dev/contact](https://ath.dev/contact/)

## Option 2: Your Website Is Hosted on Your Own Account

If your website is hosted directly under your own account with a hosting provider, **renewal is entirely your responsibility**. The hosting provider bills you directly, and we have no visibility into your billing status, renewal dates, or account details.

In this case:

* We do not receive renewal reminders on your behalf

* We cannot intervene if your hosting expires

* We cannot restore your data if the account is terminated by your provider

Make sure you keep your hosting account active and your payment details up to date with your provider. If you're unsure which setup applies to you, contact us and we'll clarify.
